1 Cup Shredded Smoked Catfish
1/2 Cup Dried Shawa (Herring Fish)
2 Pieces Mackerel Fish
1 Tsp Ogiri (Fermented Oil Seeds)
3 Tbsp Ground Crayfish
2 Stock Cubes
