Thousands of ordinary Ghanaians chanted in praise of Member of Parliament, Kennedy Agyapong, for exposing alleged corrupt practices of investigative journalist, Anas Aremeyaw Anas.

People of all walks of thronged the forecourt of Ken City Media at Madina in Accra last night to watch the documentary but broke into chorus of cheers for the Member of Parliament (MP) for Assin Central after the video was shown.

""Kennedy y3nye wo dieni wo ye bue!!!!!  Kennedy y3nye wo dieni wo ye bue!!!!!  Kennedy y3nye wo dieni wo ye bue!!!!!," the fans chanted.

The massive crowd with many hanging on walls and tree just to watch the documentary was clearly shocked by the revelation in the documentary as Anas himself admits to several corrupt practices including bribing and receiving bribes.

The big attendance was sparked by claims by a Member of Parliament that the journalist, who claims exposes corruption, takes bribes to drop investigations and also offers bribes to states officials including the police and state prosecutors.

The vociferous Member of Parliament (MP) for Assin Central, Mr Kennedy Agyapong, carried out his threat to premiere his exposé video, dubbed: Who watches the watchman, at the forecourt of Ken City Media at Madina in Accra.

The video, which is Agyapong's own version of secret recordings of how the investigative journalist, Anas Aremeyaw Anas, operates undercover, was shown at 7 p.m causing massive traffic along near the Madina Zongo junction as people from all over the country attended the event.
