Hearts of Oak supporters voiced their dissatisfaction by booing the players following a narrow 3-2 victory over Bechem United, a result that secured their place in the Ghana Premier League for the upcoming season.

Despite avoiding relegation, which would have been unprecedented for the club, fans expressed disappointment with the team's overall performance and their position in the league.

Coach Aboubakar Ouattara addressed the fans' concerns, promising significant changes ahead of the next season. "Our fans should anticipate major improvements in our recruitment for the upcoming season.

We are planning substantial changes. Our goal next season will not be to avoid relegation but to challenge for the league title."

He also expressed gratitude to the supporters, acknowledging their unwavering support throughout the season. "I want to thank all the fans for their consistent support.

They have stood by us through thick and thin. Without our fans, we are nothing. We need their support every step of the way."

Reports indicate that Hearts of Oak is preparing for a thorough recruitment drive, with plans to release several underperforming players as they aim to bolster their squad for a more competitive campaign next season.
