Award winning Dancehall artiste, Stonebwoy has indicated that he cannot trust his label mate Highlife artiste, Kumi Guitar at the backstage of an event he is performing at.

According to the 'Bawasaba' hitmaker, it is not security wise to have Kumi Guitar at his close space after he recorded a diss song to him then pretend to be friends later.

He added that he was hurt when he got to know about the ‘diss’ song Guitar released, which was targeted at him.

“Imagine you are at the backstage of a programme, and somebody who recorded a ‘diss’ song for you comes to look for you. It is risky. It is dangerous. We have to be security conscious. I told him I was not happy with what he did. Because it appears he was tempting me. I couldn’t have pretended to be happy with him.”

The ‘Mama’ act claimed in a recent interview with Deloris Frimpong-Manso (Delay) that his labelmate “calculated the benefits” he would gain from releasing a song about the dispute between himself and the label.
“You’ve calculated the benefits you will gain from it but don’t take it as a joke because it is not to me. So after everything you come and stand in front of me trying to vibe me with, masa we are not going to allow that thing,” stated Stonebwoy.

“We met at the 3 Music Awards when he came to say ‘hi’ to me but I made him know that you don’t get yourself involved in stuff like this. You may be older than I am but you don’t have to do that because you don’t know whatever it is and you can’t just come in from your own angle.”
