Ghanaian actor turned Politician, John Dumelo has been spotted pushing a garbage truck ahead of the 2020 Parliamentary election for Ayawaso West Wuogon constituency.

The actor who is working hard to win the seat from the incumbent MP Hon. Lydia Alhassan, was spotted months ago desilting the gutters of Abelemkpe in his constituency.

Dumelo in the new viral video was spotted pushing a garbage truck during a community clean up exercise he participated in.

The act many have interpreted as the actor's effort to win the votes of members of his constituency.

In what could be described as a rout, the actor polled 758 votes against the relatively measly 99 votes garnered by his contender, Suzzy Addoboye to win the parliamentary slot in the NDC primaries in August.
