An 18-year-old Nigerian girl, Nkechi Bella Nwoko, has apologized to her bestie, one Richard Ebuka Osita, 24, for ‘jokingly’ falsely accusing him of rape.

The lady took to her social media to render her unqualified apology to his friend for falsely accusing him of rape which she knew was not true.

Many have taken to various social media platforms to lambast the girl for her actions with some lawyers appealing to the gentleman to file a civil suit against the lady for defamation among others.

In a video sighted by this website, the young lady was profusely apologizing to her bestie: "Hi Richard I am sorry for falsely accusing you of rape. I went way out of line and I am really sorry. Whatever I have caused you, whatever I have done to you I am truly truly truly sorry and it will never happen again.... please!" she revealed.
