It appears movie producers may not  be heeding to calls not to release a movie about the unfortunate occurrences at Denkyira-Boase in the Upper Denkyira West District of the Central Region.

Last weekend  renowned Kumawood actor Akwesi Boadi aka Akrobeto  stated that he disagrees with such gagging  calls explaining that if a movie is produced about the unfortunate incident,  it will serve as education for the citizenry to refrain from engaging in mob injustice.

On  Peace Fm’s Entertainment review on Saturday, he expressed his readiness to back any producer who will nurse the intention of coming out with such a movie indicating that he would be available to play the character  of William Baah, the assemblyman who allegedly mobilized resident to lynch the soldier.

Ghanaguardian can not independently verify if the latest advert circulating on various social media platforms is a movie that is yet to be released which features Ghanaian comic actor Abraham Kofi Davies, mostly known as Salinko.
