Dancehall diva, Ebony Reigns seems to be on top of her game as she jabs music rivals MzVee and Kaakie.

The ‘Kupe’ hitmaker claimed she has no female competitor in the dancehall fraternity because she does better in her music career anytime.

She hinted that, comparing MzVee and Kaakie to her would be a wrong exercise since they all have different styles.

According to her, she is better than them (MzVee, Kaakie) owing to the fact that female Dancehall acts must have the bad girl mindset.

Ebony Reigns real name Priscilla Opoku-Kwarteng noted that she respects the personalities of colleague dancehall divas, MzVee and Kaakie because they started Dancehall first before her.

“…but talking about the others (MzVee and Kaakie) being better than me, I don’t think so…I don’t think anyone is better than Iam.

“I’m only going to give the respect to them because they were there before I was but talk about them being better than Iam Naaa…. The only competition is myself because I’m always trying to do better than I did apparently yesterday or better than I did a minute ago so the only competition is MYSELF.

“I don’t see the others as competition, I don’t see them as competition though they’re working hard individually but we all have different styles, mine is more of the bad girl thing so comparing me to the others wouldn’t be the best move.”

Signed onto Ruff Town Records for Midas Touch Incorporated, Ebony gained prominence in the music scene when she released ‘Kupe’ in 2016.

Ebony, a VGMA Unsung nominee is one of the fastest growing Dancehall act in the country. She has a lot of songs to her credit.
