Naturally, some people are born leaders but the leadership skills have to be nurtured in school. This explains why over the years, schools take an allocation of power to students seriously through holding elections. Just like politicians, if you want to become a student leader, you must be a living example of a vocal person who always debates his point in a manifesto for a school prefect.

This is exactly what happened in a yet to be identified primary school in Ghana when a basic school prefect aspirant, chided the Ghana leader, Nana Akufo-Addo for not able to fulfil some promises he made to the Ghanaian people.

In the less than 30 seconds video sighted by Ghanaguardian.com, the aspirant strongly indicated, when he is voted into power, he will not be like Nana Akufo-Addo who promised ‘One village, One Dam’ and ‘One district, One factory’ but failed to deliver.

“When he was voted into power, he promised 'One village, One Dam' and 'One district, One factory' but he failed to do. I will not be like Nana, so vote for me and all that I'm going to say shall come to pass”, portions of the manifesto read.

Both policies are the Ghana Government's initiatives aimed at creating jobs for Ghanaians through the setting up of factories and industries which will, in turn, move the country towards greater industrialization.
