Media mogul and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Excellence In Broadcasting (EIB) Network, Anokye Adesi popularly known as Bola Ray has disclosed the reasons behind the mass exodus at his media stations.

Recently Berla Mundi quit EIB for Media General operators of TV3, with popularly staff such as Giovanni Caleb also joining 3fm.

The likes of Anita Erskine and others have all jumped the seemingly sinking ship at EIB due to financial constraints.

Speaking as a key speaker at iYes, a youth centred programme has bluntly admitted the financial woes of EIB network.

According to him he did not pay salaries for seven months in the year 2018 and members of staff who were money pinching kept leaving although he did not blame them since man must survive.

He says the situation was so bad that at some point any member of staff who came to his office was swiftly asked are you resigning?
