Kalo Ouattara once again found the back of the net, securing a 1-0 win for Asante Kotoko SC against Aduana FC at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium on Friday.

The former Berekum Chelsea forward, who scored the winning goal against Accra Lions on Monday, continued his impressive scoring form for the Porcupine Warriors with a well-placed finish, ending Asante Kotoko's seven-game winless streak at home.

This victory marks the Reds' first consecutive league wins since November 2022. Asante Kotoko took the lead in the 34th minute, with Ouattara rising above the defense to head in a cross from Richmond Nii Lamptey.

Aduana FC attempted a comeback in the second half but failed to find the net, allowing Asante Kotoko to hold on for the win. With this victory, Asante Kotoko climbs to the second spot in the league with 8 points.
