Ghanaian winger Osman Bukari played a pivotal role in Red Star Belgrade's thrilling 2-2 draw with Swiss champions FC Young Boys on matchday 2 of the UEFA Champions League.
The 24-year-old was a part of the starting lineup and delivered an outstanding performance throughout the game.
In the 34th minute, Bukari embarked on a blistering run and provided a precise assist to Cherif Ndiaye, who tapped the ball into the net to open the scoring.
However, Filip Ugrinic equalized for FC Young Boys just three minutes before half-time, and they took the lead for the first time through Cedric Itten, who converted from the penalty spot.
In the dying minutes of the match, Osman Bukari scored a crucial goal to bring Red Star Belgrade level, resulting in a 2-2 draw after full time.
Bukari has been an impressive presence in the UEFA Champions League, contributing to three goals in two matches, including a goal against Manchester City on the opening day.
In total, the Black Stars winger has been involved in eight goals this season, scoring five and providing three assists in nine matches across all competitions.
