Former Ghana FA Executive Randy Abbey has also been revealed as one of the key men who LIED that the BBC played an extensive role in a football investigation by controversial journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas.

The false claim was exposed by the British broadcaster on Monday after they debunked Abbey suggestions that they collaborated with Anas over the controversial investigation.

Prior to Anas’ release on the investigation termed No 12, Anas' key men Abbey and Kweku Baako told  the public about the key role of the BBC.

Anas’ key allies Baako and Abbey had also publicly stated in various radio interviews that the BBC played a key role in the work that has received mixed reaction.

Abbey bragged to the public about the role of the BBC, hyping the investigation to the high heavens for maximum effect.
