Kumasi Asante defeated Accra Hearts of Oak for the first time in ten years at the Baba Yara Stadium in the Ghana Premier League.

The porcupine warriors were the better team on the balance of play and perhaps should have won more than just the solitary goal.

But the game was not without the usual controversy as for most Hearts fans they still insist the penalty awarded Kotoko for the foul on Fabio Gama by Abdul Aziz Nurudeen was non existent.

Kotoko's Brazilian midfielder Fabio Gama entered the penalty box and it appeared the Hearts midfielder stamped on his foot as he tried to pirouette in the box.

He was  hurled down  and the referee whistled before Frank Mbella Etouga sent Richmond Ayi the wrong way to make it 1-0.

The debate rages on but check for yourself  in the video below if it was a penalty or others you can let us know in the comments box.
