Celebrated actress, Grace Omaboe aka Maame Dokono says it is wrong for young and budding ladies to show their bodies in movies to be a good actress.

The veteran actress in an interview with Joy News used Moesha Boduong as an example, saying butt is artificial.

Maame Dokono also waded into the controversial comment made by Moesha on CNN in an interview with Christiane Amanpour. She opined that Moesha don’t have to ‘sell’ her body to survive.

“… instead of projecting Ghanaian women; you say that the women sleep with men to make money. It is not good and it’s not what majority of Ghanaian women do.”

“The only thing that she has, that she is using to lure the men is her butt. But I think that is even artificial,” Maame Dokono said.

She added that the woman’s body is not made for the pleasures of a man. Maame Dokono chided Moesha and warned that she takes good care of her body, so she can find a husband.

An 85 seconds video of actress Moesha Buduong with American ace journalist Christiane Amanpour generated an outrage in the country because the former made some statements which didn’t go down well with the public.

Amanpour’s Sex and Love Around the World series shot in Ghana was widely criticized by several members of the Ghanaian society including the Minister of Gender, Children and Social Protection suggested that women in the country were incapable of making ends meet without soliciting for favours from successful men.
