Kumawood actress, Clara Benson, popularly known as Maame Serwaa, has made history as she makes an appearance on a show produced by one of the world largest TV platform British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC).

The award-winning actress speaking on the show ‘What’s New’, spoke about her acting career.

According to her, she has always been on set and the only way she gets free period is when she has a class to attend.

She added that, being on set is great because it gives her the opportunity to meet new people.

Maame Serwaa has featured in over 70 Kumawood movies and she has made a name for herself with the stereotypical roles she plays in these movies.

Recently, Maame Serwaa earned a new ambassadorial deal with KNUSTFord University.

Maame Serwaa who posted the new documentary on on social media believes 2019 will be better as according to her she will make more international appearances this year.
