I was one of the few folks backing Chris Houghton, but for repeating the same mistake within 4 days --- leaving your pacy and best wingers on the bench until late in the 2nd half (Joseph Paintsil, Nuamah, Ishahaku), playing two DM in Salis and Baba Iddrisu (Baba is not blackstar material), allowing Jordan Ayew to take EVERY DAMN FREE KICK OR CORNER KICK and wasting it (and then leaving him unsubbed until very late), and finally, starting Dede Ayew in such a crucial game ---ALL these point to one thing:CHRIS HOUGHTON has nothing good or new to offer Ghana! He plays folks out of position, he fails to invite utility players who can help the team (Schlupp, Duncan), makes late substitutions, doesn't seem to know or understand the team, allows players so much freedom leading to indiscipline (e.g. players on their phones even at training sessions, taking selfies before a crucial game, starting players who are out of form while benching those who are sharp, etc). #CHRIS.MUST.GO! If these pinheads want to really go to the world cup, they must go back to the basics: FIRE THIS COACH, invite the right players (avoid cronyism and corruption), play them in their correct positions, instill discipline into players, get a clear formula or formation...and finally, earn or bench any selfish-minded player who holds on to the ball while mates are well positioned to score! FIRE THE COACH NOW...and do things the right way, avoid corruption. That's the only solution, Ghana! Your corruption and shortsighted/arrogance is why you are collapsing as a nation in every way! You've hit rock-bottom as a nation, and it is time you look deep into yourselves, do the right thing, and you wil rise again! Else, you're finished. SMH!
