Aduana winger Henson Amponsah says Aduana FC are confident of lifting the MTN FA Cup trophy as they prepare for a decisive semi-final clash against Nations FC.

The Dormaa-based side have impressed throughout this season’s competition and now stand one step away from the final. Victory on Friday would keep alive their hopes of securing silverware in the 2025/26 campaign.

Speaking ahead of the encounter, Amponsah expressed strong belief within the squad, insisting the players are fully motivated to deliver success for their supporters.

“We are 100% sure that we can win the MTN FA Cup. That is our hope, and we are going to do our maximum best to win the cup for the people of Dormaa and Aduana FC,” he said.

The forward also pointed to the positive atmosphere in camp as a key factor behind their confidence.

“I’m very confident we will beat Nations FC because of the motivation in camp. We are very confident, and so we appeal to our supporters to come and cheer us on,” he added.

Aduana FC will face Nations FC at the Swedru Sports Stadium, with kick-off scheduled for 15:00 local time on Friday, 17 April.
