AshantiGold midfielder Seth Osei is optimistic that his struggling side can cause Asante Kotoko problems when the two sides face off at the Baba Yara Stadium on Sunday in the Ghana Premier League clash.
Asante Kotoko will be going into the game with a lot of confidence after ending their more than a decade win-less streak against Aduana Stars at Dormaa.
The miners on the other hand have been win less in their last four matches suffering a heart break on Monday against Medeama at home with a loss.
Speaking in an interview with Akoma FM, the Kotoko target admitted that Kotoko is a strong side and it will be a difficult game.
“Kotoko is a great team and they are currently doing well. Beating them will not be an easy task. There must be unity and team work to be able to beat them. We have to put all issues, misunderstanding and complaints aside and focus on the match. This is the only way we can beat them” he told Akoma FM in Kumasi.
“We will resume training today after our defeat to Medeama and with confidence and determination, we can surprise Kotoko with a win come Sunday”
“The supporters should still have confidence in us and rally behind us and surely Ashgold will bounce back strongly”
