Xiaomi will launch the Redmi Note 7 in India on February 28. It is the company’s first handset with 48-megapixel camera. It has already started registration for the launch event and is selling tickets for Rs 480. Now, the Chinese firm has shared a post on Twitter tasking its users with a challenge.
Redmi India has posted a teaser image with letter 7 filled with different imageries. It is asking user to tell how many human beings they spot in the image. “You know what to do! Few users replied to have spotted 48 humans in the image, implying 48MP camera that the phone will come with.

Redmi Note 7 is already available in China and comes in three different RAM variants -- 3GB, 4GB and 6GB. It is powered by 2.2GHz octa-core Snapdragon 660 processor and runs on MIUI 9 based on Android Oreo operating system.
The smartphone offers 32GB and 64GB internal storage options with a microSD card support of up to 256GB. The handset is backed by a 4,000mAh battery and comes with Quick Charge 4 support. The company claims that the phone’s battery can last up to 251 hours of standby time, 23 hours of talk time, 13 hours of video playback, and 7 hours of gaming.
Redmi Note 7 sports a 6.3-inch fullHD+ LTPS display of 1080x2340 pixels resolution with 19.5:9 aspect ratio. The display comes protected with a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass 5 on top.
For camera duties, the handset offers 48MP primary rear camera. For selfies, it features a 13MP front camera with AI support for face unlock, smart beauty, single shot blur and more.
