Ghana U-23 skipper Yaw Yeboah was on the score sheet for his Polish side Wisla Krakow over the weekend in the Polish League but it was not enough as they suffered defeat.

Wisla Krakow were handed a 2-1 home defeat by Legia Warsaw with the Ghanaian forward scoring for his team.

Yaw Yeboah opened the scores of the game as early as the 12 minute with his side primed for all the three points but the away side had other ideas.

A late brace from Thomas Perkhart in the 81st and 89th minute downed the home side as Legia wlaked away with all three points.

The loss means that Wisla have failed to win a game in their last six matches with their last victory coming in October against Podbeskidzie.

Since then, they have lost four games and drawn two matches in the Polish league.

The Ghanaian despite the rot has been a shining light in the team having scored three goals and provided two assists in 10 games this season.
