Joseph Asare Bediako, the head coach of Young Apostles, has dismissed reports claiming he resigned after the team's goalless draw against Bibiani Gold Stars in the Ghana Premier League.

The former Hearts of Oak assistant coach, who joined the newly-promoted side at the start of the 2024/25 season, clarified that he remains in his position.

"I have not resigned. I’m still at post, that’s all I can say for now," Bediako told Kessben FM, responding to the speculation surrounding his future at the club.

Under Bediako's guidance, Young Apostles have had a mixed start to their debut top-flight season, securing two wins, four draws, and four losses after ten rounds of matches.

Despite the club's struggles in the league, Bediako is focused on continuing his work with the team.
