Aduana FC strengthen midfield with signing of experienced Samuel Tenedu
Aduana FC have completed the signing of experienced midfielder Samuel Tenedu from fellow Ghana Premier League side Berekum Chelsea on a long-term contract as the Dormaa-based club continues to strengthen its squad ahead of the new season.
The former Legon Cities and Asante Kotoko midfielder becomes the latest addition to the Ogya Boys during the ongoing transfer window, bringing valuable top-flight experience to the club.
In a statement confirming the transfer, Aduana FC expressed their delight at securing the services of the midfielder.
“We are pleased to announce the signing of Samuel Tenedu on a long-term contract. The exciting midfielder joins the Ogya family from Berekum Chelsea as we continue to build a strong squad for the new campaign,” the club said.
Tenedu arrives with extensive Ghana Premier League experience, having previously featured for Legon Cities, Asante Kotoko and Berekum Chelsea. Across his spells in the top flight, he has made 64 league appearances.
Known for his composure on the ball, versatility and ability to control the tempo of matches, the midfielder is expected to play a key role in Aduana’s midfield as the club targets a strong campaign.
His arrival underlines Aduana FC’s determination to assemble a competitive squad capable of challenging for major honours in the Ghana Premier League.
