The Ghana Football Association has forgotten about me-Herbert Addo
Veteran Ghanaian coach Herbert Addo claims he is yet to hear from any member of the Ghana Football Association as he battles for his life on a sick bed.
Addo is yet to be seen in public after falling ill some two months ago. His last job was with Accra based Inter Allies where his contract was terminated.
The coach is disappointed that no member of the Ghana Football Association has paid him a visit so far.
“I was so shocked when I saw the Graphic on Monday on EK Afranie’s burial splendid with big Kente and even the president was even there. The likes of Osam Duodu all gone we could have done something better but they are all gone.
“For the past six months I have not had any visit from the Ghana FA but the likes of Coach Dauda Lutterodt and I was happy when I saw them. I am disappointed but they need to keep track on those who have served the nation so at least they could get free medical attention”, he told Starr Sports.
Addo has managed several Clubs in the Ghana Premier League including Asante Kotoko, Hearts and Aduana Stars where he led the latter to win their first and only domestic League title.
