Ghana’s Kwesi Sorotu Badori scores first Bologna U20 goal in Fiorentina win

Ghanaian youngster Kwesi Sorotu Badori scored his first goal of pre-season for Bologna’s Under-20 side as they secured a 2-1 victory over Fiorentina on Friday.
Badori, formerly of Berekum Chelsea, has made an encouraging start to pre-season and has caught the attention of Bologna’s coaching staff with his performances.
The 19-year-old began the club’s preparations with the senior squad, featuring in a number of friendly matches as he continues to adapt to life in Italian football.
His latest goal against Fiorentina, adds another positive moment to a pre-season campaign that could prove important in determining his role for the season ahead.
Bologna are now expected to continue monitoring Badori closely as they prepare for the new Serie A campaign. While his immediate future remains to be decided, his involvement with the senior squad during pre-season could give him an opportunity to train and potentially feature alongside the first team.
For Badori, the focus will now be on maintaining his form and continuing his development as he looks to establish himself in Italy.
His progress will be watched closely in Ghana, where he began his career with Berekum Chelsea before making the move to Europe.
