Ghanaian youngster Kwesi Sorotu Badori scored his first goal of pre-season for Bologna’s Under-20 side as they secured a 2-1 victory over Fiorentina on Friday.

Badori, formerly of Berekum Chelsea, has made an encouraging start to pre-season and has caught the attention of Bologna’s coaching staff with his performances.

The 19-year-old began the club’s preparations with the senior squad, featuring in a number of friendly matches as he continues to adapt to life in Italian football.

His latest goal against Fiorentina, adds another positive moment to a pre-season campaign that could prove important in determining his role for the season ahead.

Bologna are now expected to continue monitoring Badori closely as they prepare for the new Serie A campaign.
