Kumasi Asante Kotoko have officially signed prolific striker Kwame Opoku from lower tier side Nkoranza Warriors.

The player has for some time now been training with the Kumasi based side but his former club have now confirmed that they have reached an agreement with the Kumasi based club.

Nkoranza Warriors announced the deal with a statement on their official tweeter handle:

" Nkoranza Warriors Sporting Club wish to announce the transfer of striker Kwame Opoku. The goal poacher has been transferred to Kumasi Asante Kotoko Sporting Club. We thank him for his service to the Club and we wish him best in all his endeavors." it stated.
