Okocha, Bundesliga Officials to visit GFA on Monday 18th Dec 2016
Bundesliga Ambassador Austin Jay -Jay Okocha and some high ranking officials of the German top flight League will visit the GFA Secretariat on Monday December 18.
The ex Nigeria international and compatriot Sunday Oliseh were recently announced as Bundesliga Ambassadors for Africa to promote the German League on the continent as well as its official broadcaster StarTimes.
As part of the Ghana Premier League Broadcast right agreement with Star Times, the Bundesliga officials and Ambassador will visit the GFA at 9:30am on Monday seeking to enhance the relationship between the Bundesliga and the Ghana Premier League.
The Bundesliga officials will also hold talks with the GFA about bilateral relationship between the two football leagues.
StarTimes recently acquired Broadcast Rights of the Ghana Premier League in a deal worth $17,950,000 with the Television giants set to provide ten artificial pitches and a fully equipped modern OB van to the GFA over the next ten years.
