The country's election management body in its move to ensure all electorates exercise their civic responsibilities has announced that in the events of a missing Voter Identification Card, one can still cast his/her vote.

According to the Electoral Commission (EC), voters whose identification cards are missing can go the polling stations where they registered their names to vote.

The Commission explained in a communiqué that while at the polling stations on the election day, those with the issue of missing ID cards should mention their names to the officials, who will also contact the Names Reference List for their names.

Meanwhile, the election is slated for tomorrow, Monday, December 7, where Ghanaians will elect a president as well as their parliamentarians who will steer the country's affairs for the next four years.
