Berekum Chelsea signs midfielder Naafew Gariba from Arsenal
Ghanaian top flight side Berekum Chelsea have completed the signing of midfielder Naafew Gariba from rivals Arsenal.
The attacking midfielder signed a 3-year contract with Premier League Side on Saturday to bring an end to his four years stint with the Division One side Berekum Arsenals after a successful negotiations with the club.
Naafew has had a wonderful time with Arsenal and I’d widely regarded as one of the most talented midfielders in Ghana’s second tier league.
Report say the 18-year old, who was also on the radar of Bechem United, snubbed the hunters for Berekum Chelsea despite a lucrative deal from United.
He is expected to flourish in his new home when the league starts.
The 2019/2020 league is rescheduled to kick of December 28, 2019.
