Relegation is akin to death no one wants to die but it will surely come when it has to come but teams at the foot of the Ghana Premier League table are jostling for survival.
Each of the three sides currently in the relegation zone is confident of staying in the league next season .
Coach of Inter Allies Felix Aboagye is no different as he says his side who sits rock bottom of the league table with 23 points will still beat the drop with eight matches to spare.
Inter Allies have been very poor all season but tried to mount a sustained challenge in the second round to try and survive relegation but so far it has not sufficed.
“I am confident we will play Premier League football next season,” he said.
“My players have promised they will fight until the end of the season and I believe we will escape relegation.
“We have a good team who are ready to play their hearts out. Nobody should write us off because it is not over until it is over.
“For now, we will take it game by game and I believe we will stay in the Premier League,” he added.
Inter Allies will this weekend host title chasing Medeama at the Theatre of Dreams Park at Dawu.
