Fatawu Mohammed heading to Egyptian side Beni Suef SC

Former Hearts of Oak captain, Fatawu Mohammed is close to joining lower-tier Egyptian side Beni Suef SC in the ongoing January transfer window.
The 30-year-old full-back is a free agent after parting ways with Accra Hearts of Oak recently.
Beni Suef SC is a second-division side in Egypt and are keen on adding the veteran Ghanaian defender to their ranks.
The player is expected to sign his new contract with his club after passing his medical examination in the coming days.
Fatawu Mohammed, 30, was one of the longest-serving players at Hearts of Oak and helped them end their more than a decade-long trophy drought with the league and FA Cup two seasons ago.
He joined Hearts of Oak in 2013 from Real Tamale United.
Fatawu Mohammed has been capped four times by Ghana at the men’s senior national team, the Back Stars.
