In an electrifying showdown at the Madina Astro Turf, Police Ladies emerged victorious with a 3-1 win over Supreme Ladies, clinching a coveted spot in the Women’s FA Cup final.

Police Ladies wasted no time in asserting their dominance, netting three first-half goals through Juanita Aguadze and Mary Berko, while Ruth Owusua pulled one back for Supreme Ladies in the second half.

The Service Ladies set the pace early on as Aguadze found the net twice in quick succession in the 2nd and 4th minutes, establishing a commanding lead for Police Ladies.

Mary Berko extended the lead further with a goal in the 22nd minute, putting Police Ladies ahead 3-0.

Despite Ruth Owusua reducing the deficit for Supreme Ladies in the 86th minute, Police Ladies maintained their composure to secure the victory.

Police Ladies have showcased remarkable dominance throughout the 2023/24 Women’s FA Cup, overcoming formidable opponents such as holders Ampem Darkoa Ladies, giants Hasaacas Ladies, lower-tier side Agave Glad Ladies, and former Premier League side Immigration Ladies.

Having previously claimed the FA Cup title in 2016, Police Ladies now set their sights on the ultimate prize once again as they prepare to face Army Ladies in the highly anticipated 2023/24 Women’s FA Cup final.
