2026 FIFA World Cup Qualifiers: 14 players reported for Black Stars camp today- Asante Twum

Communications Director of the Ghana Football Association (GFA), Henry Asante Twum, has confirmed that 14 players have reported to the Black Stars’ camp in Accra as preparations begin for the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Chad and Mali.
The senior national team officially opened camp on Monday, September 1, and is expected to train today and tomorrow before flying to N’Djamena on Tuesday evening.

He confirmed that the remaining players, including Thomas Partey, are expected to join later today.

Ghana currently sit top of Group I with 15 points from six matches, three ahead of Comoros and five clear of Madagascar, as they chase a fifth World Cup appearance.
