Ghanaian duo Agbo and Torphic earn team of the Week honours in Finland

Ghanaian footballers David Agbo and Torphic Ali-Abubakar have been rewarded for their outstanding performances in Finland after both were named in the Sofascore Finnish Ykkösliiga Team of the Week.

The duo impressed with match-winning displays over the weekend, continuing their fine form and flying the Ghanaian flag high in European football.

Agbo played a key role in EIF’s 2-0 victory, scoring once and providing an assist in a dominant attacking performance that earned him a place among the league’s standout players.

Torphic Ali-Abubakar was equally influential, producing a clinical display in front of goal by scoring twice as FC Haka cruised to a convincing 4-1 win over PK-35.

Their inclusion in the Team of the Week highlights the growing impact of Ghanaian players in European leagues, with both players delivering performances that proved decisive for their respective clubs.
