Asante Kotoko, the celebrated football club, has secured the talents of emerging goalkeeper Fatao Seidu, marking a significant addition to their roster with a three-year contract.

Formerly a stalwart for PAC Academy, Seidu's remarkable skills between the goalposts played a pivotal role in guiding PAC Academy's qualification for the National Division 1 League.

Presently, he is a student at Adu Gyamfi Senior High School and is set to complete his studies this year.

Seidu's transition to Asante Kotoko stems from his tenure with PAC Academy, a newly-promoted entity in the Division One League.

This strategic acquisition adds Seidu to the illustrious ranks of Asante Kotoko, positioning him as the fourth goalkeeper to contribute his expertise.

He joins the accomplished cadre of Danlad Ibrahim, Frederick Asare, and Moise Pouaty within the club's goalkeeping department.

Guided by the tutelage of Coach Prosper Narteh Ogum, the team is fully immersed in preparations at Nsuta Beposo, steadfastly gearing up for the impending 2023/24 season campaign.

The season's commencement will be marked by a fixture against Heart of Lions at the iconic Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi.

At 18 years of age, Seidu's potential shines brightly, positioning him as a valuable addition to the Asante Kotoko youth ranks.

The club sees him as a prospect for the future, entrusting him with the responsibility to further develop and hone his skills under their guidance.
