Oda MP’s Aide killed in head-on collision on Oda-Nkwanta road

A staff member of the Member of Parliament for Akyem Oda, Alexander Akwasi Acquah, has died following a road accident on the Oda-Nkwanta road, with three others left with serious injuries now receiving hospital treatment.

The deceased, Kofi Nti, was travelling in an NPP pickup vehicle alongside its driver at the time of the crash.

The group had been on the road monitoring ongoing NPP polling station elections in the area when their vehicle was involved in a head-on collision with another car.

Three other occupants involved in the crash sustained severe injuries and have been transferred to a nearby health facility where they are currently receiving medical care.

The circumstances leading to the head-on collision are yet to be fully established as investigations into the incident continue.
