Antonio Conte convinced Premier League star wants to join Chelsea

Blues boss Conte believes the Swansea striker would be ideal back-up for Diego Costa.

Llorente, 31, has hit eight goals in 19 appearances for the relegation-threatened Swans.

Chelsea are only interested in taking Llorente on loan for the rest of the campaign.

But, according to Bleacher Report, Swansea will not let him leave on a temporary basis while their Premier League future is at stake.

Llorente, who bagged a brace in the Swans’ shock 3-2 win at Liverpool, is committed to Welsh club.

When asked about the interest from Chelsea, he said: “I am very happy here and I want to play and score more goals.”

Following the Liverpool win, he said: “He played very well and I want to keep him here – and the reason I want to keep him is what he showed today.”
