Kofi Schulz leaves relegated Austrian side SKN St. Polten
German born Ghanaian defender Kofi Schulz has departed Austrian side SKN St. Polten after the team were relegated in the 2020/2021 season.
The player has a contract with the relegated side until the summer of 2022 but the parties have mutually parted ways.
Schulz, 31, played an integral part for the team whiles they were in the Austrian Bundelsiga till they were relegated.
He joined St. Polten in February 2020 and played 45 matches for the team in his brief stint with them.
The club confirmed the departure of the Ghanaian defender and three of his teammates following relegation.
He made 31 appearances in the league this season scoring three goals and providing four assists.
