Liberty Professionals to host Young Apostles in pre-season friendly
Ghana Premier League side Liberty Professionals FC are set to move their pre-season up the gears with a first major friendly game against second-tier club Young Apostles FC at the Carl Reindolf Park on Sunday.
The Dansoman based club are in their third week of pre-season but are yet to play a major preparatory game ahead of the 2020-21 Ghanaian top flight campaign.
David Ocloo’s lads are currently embarking on a rigorous pre-season training at their base in Dansoman and were engaged in a training game with local lower-tier club Third World FC last Friday.
With a number of new faces including about five graduates from the club’s revered Academy, Liberty Professionals are set to go into the season as of the youngest sides in the Ghanaian topflight.
The Scientific Soccer Lads will host Bechem United in their opening game of the 2020-21 Ghana Premier League at the Carl Reindorf Park.
