Management of Patapaa threatens legal action against defamatory remarks

The management team of Ghanaian musician Patapaa has issued a stern defamation notice, warning that legal action will be taken against individuals making damaging or false statements about the artiste.
In a statement released over the weekend, the team expressed deep concern over what it described as a growing trend of public and private commentary aimed at tarnishing the musician’s image.
“Management will pursue legal action against anyone who continues to defame Patapaa,” the statement read.
“It has become common practice for individuals to speak negatively about our artist both privately and publicly.”
The document, signed by Patapaa’s manager, Abdul M. Abass, underscores the seriousness with which the team views the matter and calls on the public to refrain from defamatory commentary going forward.
