Porto consider move for Medeama winger Kelvin Nkrumah after Ghana title success

Kelvin Nkrumah, an 18-year-old Ghanaian left winger at Medeama, has been linked with a move to Portuguese club Porto. The rumour places the teenager on a possible route from Ghana’s Premier League to Liga Portugal, although no transfer has been confirmed.
Nkrumah has been with Medeama’s senior side since January 2024, when he moved up from Medeama II. He has made 57 Premier League appearances for the club, scoring three goals and providing two assists. His performances have come as part of Medeama’s squad during a period that ended with the club winning the Ghanaian Championship in the 2025-26 season.
The Porto link was recorded on 3 August 2026 and concerns a player whose listed market value is €100,000. No transfer fee or probability has been attached to the rumour, and there is no confirmed agreement between the clubs.
Nkrumah remains a Medeama player, with the Ghanaian club his current team and national-club designation. Any move to Porto would represent his first transfer away from Medeama since joining the senior side.
