Sam George Marks 14th Wedding Anniversary with Heartfelt Tribute to Wife
Ningo-Prampram MP Samuel Nartey George has celebrated 14 years of marriage with an emotional tribute to his wife, describing their union as the greatest decision he has ever made.
Sharing a heartfelt message on social media, the lawmaker reflected on more than a decade of love, friendship and unwavering commitment, saying their relationship has grown stronger because of the challenges they have faced together.
According to Sam George, their marriage has never been about living a perfect fairytale but about standing side by side through life’s triumphs and setbacks.
“Fourteen years ago, I made the best decision of my life when I promised to walk beside you — and every year since has proven just how right that choice was. We’ve built something real together: not the fairytale kind of love that never faces trouble, but the kind that’s stronger because of it,” he wrote.
The MP praised his wife for being his pillar of strength, noting that she has remained by his side through both his proudest achievements and his most difficult moments.
He expressed gratitude for her unwavering loyalty, saying her willingness to celebrate his successes and support him during failures is a rare gift he never takes for granted.
“You have seen me at my best and my worst, and you’ve stayed. You’ve celebrated my wins like they were your own and held me steady through my failures. That kind of love isn’t easy to find, and I don’t take it for granted for a single day,” he added.
