Meanwhile, Real Tamale United delivered an electrifying performance, rallying from behind to defeat Wa Power SC 4-2 in a thrilling showdown.
Former Premier League side Bofoakwa Tano, however, faced disappointment, falling 1-0 to Dormaa Unity SC.

Bofoakwa Tano encountered a setback in their promotion chase, suffering a 1-0 loss to newcomers Dormaa Unity SC on Saturday. Ansah Owusu clinched the victory for Dormaa Unity with a brilliant strike in the 72nd minute.
Real Tamale United’s Comeback Over Wa Power SC
Real Tamale United came from behind to secure a 4-2 win against Wa Power SC at the Aliu Mahama Stadium, keeping the pressure on Zone 1A leaders Tamale City.
Wa Power took an early lead through Songbaare Cidoth in the 17th minute, but Lukman Abdul Shakur’s equalizer in the 39th minute reenergized RTU.
After the break, Cidoth scored again in the 47th minute, only for Shakur to answer with another goal in the 69th minute.
RTU then pulled ahead with goals from Wisdom Jonas and Keyan Mohammed in the 79th and 90th minutes, respectively. Wa Power’s Israel Iddrisu earned Player of the Match honors for his outstanding performance.
Tamale City’s Commanding Win Over Wa Sore Nante
Tamale City continued their dominance in Zone 1A, cruising to a 3-0 victory over Wa Sore Nante. Mujahid Iddrisu opened the scoring in the 17th minute, with Abdu Aziz Adams doubling the lead in the 34th and Abdul Basit Lamale adding a third in the 40th minute.
Mujahid Iddrisu’s performance earned him the Player of the Match award as Tamale City remained in firm control of the top spot.
