2016 polls will be one-touch for Nana Addo – Youth organiser
The project coordinator for Project one Hundred Kicks and Constituency Youth Organiser for Anyaa Sowutuom Williams Agyei has predicted a one touch victory for the NPP’s Presidential Candidate Nana Akufo-Addo in the upcoming polls.
Addressing a group of local based community footballers in the Anyaa Sowutuom Constituency, he said “I saw the wind of change in the lead up to the Election in the year 2000, and I can say without any equivocation, that same wind of Change is here with us again in 2016″.
Mr Agyei was speaking at the final ceremony of a project which he coordinated to support Nana Addo and some Parliamentary candidates in the Greater Accra Region.
The project which was code named Project One Hundred kicks sought to distribute 100 footballs and Jerseys to youth groups in some selected constituencies in the Greater Accra Region.
The program was a partnership between the Office of the National Organiser, National Youth Organiser, and NPP Greater Accra distributed over 100 footballs and a number of Jerseys to some community based youth groups.
Rounding up his speech, he expressed gratitude to the major sponsors especially Hon Shirley Ayorkor Botchwey (MP Anyaa Sowutuom Constituency), Hon Patrick Yaw Boamah (MP Okaikwei Central), John Boadu (Ag. General Secretary), Mr Sammi Awuku (National Youth Organiser), Mr Agyei Sowah (NPP Greater Accra Regional Secretary), Greater Accra NPP Youth Wing and Project One Hundred Kicks Team members for their support and commitment towards the project.
He added: “Let’s vote Mahama and the NDC out and usher Akufo Addo and the NPP in!”
