Missionary position is considered one of the best to increase your odds of getting pregnant. But instead of trying the regular position, making a few tweaks makes it more successful. The woman lying on her back should put a pillow under her back to elevate her pelvic region. Once the partner ejaculates, ask him to stay in that position for 2-3 minutes. The woman should keep lying for another 10 minutes. This will ensure that sperms have an easy delivery to the eggs.

3/9​DOG STYLE

This position is considered to allow maximum penetration. And the deeper your man goes, the better it is for conceiving. Just like Missionary, do not immediately get up after your partner ejaculates. You can try bending in a manner that allows the sperms to stay in, than come out.

4/9​MAN ON TOP/ LEGS ON SHOULDER

Gravity does play a role in pregnancy as well. In this position, the man is on top and the woman has her legs on his shoulder to enable smooth penetration. This is also one of the most effective positions to conceive.

This position is considered the most intimate where the man is spooning close to the woman from her rear. A man can get depth of penetration from behind by making a sort of V shape with their backs. A man should not immediately withdraw in this position too.
