Arsenal striker Eddie Nketiah to leave Leeds united for Bristol city

Arsenal could recall striker Eddie Nketiah from his loan spell with Championship outfit Leeds United despite the 20 year old enjoying a good spell with the whites,Nketiah is yet to start a league game for the Championship side.

The 20 year old has found the back of the net on four occasions in eight appearances since the start of the 2019-20 campaign.

The England Under-21 international is yet to start a league fixture for the Whites, though, and Arsenal have the option to recall him during the January transfer window.

According to The Sun, having been strongly linked with a move over the summer, Bristol City will attempt to sign Nketiah for the second half of the season should the Gunners cut his spell with Leeds short.

The report claims that the youngster was due to hold talks with Lee Johnson‘s side over the summer but had already decided to complete a move to Elland Road.

Leeds are currently fifth in the Championship table on 20 points, only ahead of sixth-placed Bristol City on goal difference after 11 matches of the 2019-20 campaign.

Nketiah impressed during pre-season for Arsenal, scoring four times, including goals against Bayern Munich and Fiorentina.
