Kumasi Asante Kotoko winger Augustine Okrah has departed the club following the expiration of his contract with the club.
It is the second stint Augustine Okrah is having with Kotoko but in all two stints his performance has been lukewarm at the reds.
The club were intent on extending the player’s stay but he knocked back their proposals and is now a free agent.
The club finished trophy-less after they were knocked out of the MTN FA Cup 5-4 on penalty kicks by Berekum Chelsea after a goalless draw during regulation time.
He played 17 matches scoring just a single goal while providing three assists for the club in the 2020/2021 season.
Okrah joined Kotoko as a free agent in 2019 after a failed stint with Indian Super League side NorthEast United.
He has in the past played for Bechem United, BK Hacken, Al Merreickh, Smouha SC and Al Hilal.
