Black Stars winger, Christopher Baah Bonsu has listed his top five (5) all-time Black Stars players during an interview with 3Sports on Thursday, May 12 2025.
The red-hot Black Stars winger who made his full debut for the Black Stars at the just concluded Unity Cup in London, where he starred and pulled off impressive performances in all two games he played in, and became one of the standout performers has listed a number of Black Stars players who he believes are the all-time top five (5) stars.
The former Shooting Stars star winger during the offseason has been granting interviews with media houses and the one with 3Sports was where he revealed his top five (5) all-time Black Stars players as they have all inspired his generation and most importantly impacted the nation with their respective remarkable talents during their time with the Black Stars.
During his picks, it was realized that all the players have captained the Black Stars during their time at the national team and it shows how important leaders are for him in the Black Stars set up as he also revealed earlier in same interview how captain Jordan Ayew always listened to him and gave him tips whenever he went to seek help from the Black Stars captain.
The KRC Genk winger mentioned former captain Andre Ayew, current captain Jordan Ayew, Arsenal star, Thomas Partey who is the deputy captain of the Black Stars as well as Black Stars all-tim goal scorer and former captain, Asamoah Gyan and lastly, former and first captain to lead the Black Stars to their maiden World Cup finals in 2006, Stephen Appiah.
The youngster did not hold back in extolling the stars as he sees them as legends and have impacted the nation in diverse ways.
