Ghana Football Association will announce the appointment of former Disciplinary committee chairman, Lawyer Prosper Harrison Addo as the new general secretary of GFA, Ghanaguardian.com understands.

The Ghana FA announced last month in a communiqué that any competent Ghanaian with the required certificates interested can apply for the GFA general secretary job.

Per Ghanaguardian.com insider report, former journalist Prosper Harrison Addo, is leading the job description and requirements needed by the GFA.

The GFA Council may take unanimous decision to appoint Prosper Harrison Addo to replace acting Alex Asante as the General Secretary to administer their mandate four the next four years.

Lawyer Harrison Addo attended Accra Academy High School, before earning a bachelor’s degree in Law and Economics from the University Ghana, Legon.

He also hold a master’s degree from the University of Salford, Manchester, U.K.

Prosper Harrison Addo was the Disciplinary committee chairman of the erstwhile GFA and has served on the Ghana Bar for more than a decade.
