Supreme Court Judgment On PPP Case Set For Monday

The Supreme Court’s seven member panel presided over by Justice Sophia Adinyira, will deliver its verdict on the suit filed by Ghana’s Electoral Commission (EC) challenging a high court judgement, which overturned its disqualification of the Flagbearer of the Progressive People’s Party (PPP), Dr. Papa Kwesi Ndoum on November 7, 2016.

The EC is asking the Supreme Court to review the High Court’s judgement that quashed its disqualification of the PPP’s presidential aspirant.
